Q: How much does it cost to get started with the business?

A: It only costs $60 to join and the rest depends on how big of an order you want to place with your first order. If you place an order of 250 points (approximately $290) for your first order, that will guarantee you a discount of 30% on your first order and with all future orders over $100." It will also give you a nice selection of products to start using. I recommend starting this way as this is the best way to jump start your business. If you do not start with a 250 point order, you will only get a 10% discount on orders up to $250, so as you can see, it makes sense to place a 250 point order in your first 30 days. The 250 point order also raises you to the status of a Senior Associate.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No, there is no minimum order. However, your discount increases with orders over $50 and over $100. You also get free shipping with orders over $50.

Q: Is there a purchase requirement each month?

A: No, but to keep yourself entitled to all your bonuses and to get the 30% discount, you will need to sign up for business protection (BP) and have at least a 50 point order (approx. $70) each month. Business protection will ship you your minimum order each month incase you forget to order. A BP order usually consists of a Enliven and one or two other products. If you are using the products yourself, you shouldn't have much difficulty maintaining this amount. Once your business starts growing, the bonuses you receive from your down line will help you to pay for your monthly BP order. It usually takes signing up about 3 representatives in your down line to pay for the cost of your products each month.

Q: What kind of training is available?

A: You will find a vast selection of resources available from ONE Group, such as online powerpoints, online faq pages, an online getting started manual, live telephone conference training calls, professional brochures and newsletters, and communication with your upline.

Q: Is there any pressure to reach certain levels?

A: Absolutely not! It is your business and you set your own goals and priorities. We are here to assist you in any way that we can to help you meet those goals, whatever they may be, but there is absolutely no pressure to achieve at any particular levels.
